  1. I ordered a 3 piece combo and got, and paid for, 4 pieces. I didn't realize it until I got home. Also I wanted m drink without ice, and it came with ice. I ordered a side of French fries and got none. Store #6004,survey ID 0404 14213 0605. Purchase date: 04-04-14, 09:37 PM. I realize the staff made an error. I must have gotten someone else's order. And someone else got mine. But I did not get what I ordered!!

  2. My daughter and I ordered an Cobb salad it was greatest

  3. Bad public relations , a smirk was given when I only had change instead of dollar bills. wrong charge after 6 dollar coupon was presented. I was charged more than 8 dollars. Jesus M had to take over to correct the proper charge amount. She would not even apologize for mistake . when I got home the receipt included a drink which was not included . I went back to get my drink meanwhile my food is gone cold . order # 1798 Store #5915 May 16, 04 . I don't like to complain but it's obvious that this is just a paycheck . NO smile , it's lets get on to the next customer. If you are in public relations you need to at least apologize for your mistake and if someone does not have the privilege of giving dollar bills a frustrated smirk is BAD PR , they probably need to flip chicken on the grill until they can learn good PR practices . EL Pollo Loco on Sepulveda / Plummer .

  4. I was at the Oceanside store #3731,it was my first time and I ordered the avocado bacon salad and I was impressed how good it is. The gentleman at the front, his name is Aaron was very friendly and helpful. It was so good that I have to ordered something to go. Survey ID: 0706 14142 4707

  6. I recently tried your 400 calories chicken enchilada meal and I went back 4 a second time, I was full all night. Great price & delicious too!

  7. FYI - This My Loco Rewards offer is old and out of date.

  8. I am a regular customer, eating at least once a week and usually the same thing at the same store # 6133, their Chicken Tostada Bowl salad. Normally everything is GREAT except when an employee doesn't follow the recipe, such as yesterday. Either the tostada was old and sitting too long or because the employee didn't know how to make it and overloaded it with beans and rice which made up most of the salad which made the bowl soft. Try to stay consistent or post an S.O.P. menu nearby. That way you can change the Normally to Always!
