  2. I would like to say that the hospitality at Sweet Tomatoes was awsome. There was a cashierist by the name of Veronica Vice at store 128 Kissimmee who knows how to deal with customers. Her personality makes me want to come back.

The food was very fresh and the veriety was abundant.

  3. I've been eating at the Souplantation store #010 for lunch for 5 years. I would like
To complement the entire staff. It's always a pleasure to go in. From the woman who
keeps the salad bar stocked, the waitresses, cashiers all the way up to management,
they all have a kind word to say every time. Everything is fresh and CLEAN. I always
    enjoy.

  4. I have been eating at Sweet Tomato for a while now and it is very good. The only thing that the people who work by the register, should ask if anyone is over 40 or 50 should they need a senior discount. Another thing is that the people that are working by the salads that are to be made up, should be on task more and keep the bowl filled. We as customers, should not have to ask them to makeup a salad all the time when you come in.

  5. First time eating at Sweet Tomato and we found it to be a delightful experience. The salads were fresh and quickly refilled. The staff were quick at refilling our drinks and removing our empty plates. We will definitely be returning there for a good meal at a very reasonable price.

  6. My husband and I frequent Sweet Tomato because mostly because it is clean, personnel are all well mannered and respectful. On Friday Feb. 4, 2013 a young customer and her son came in to dine. They filled themselves, and then complained that the boy was not feeling well, so asked if they could take their "leftovers" home with them. Tara, the waitress (very attentive and observant) explained the policy. So customer called over manager. He allowed her to take the food with her, so she lingered at the table, and proceeded to the salad bar again, filled up a plate, then got 4 cups of soup, and several corn muffins, choc. muffins as well as some pasta. She walked up to the area that the "to go" containers are kept, and proceeded to fill all. Tara politely explained again that this was not acceptable, and against their policy so the manager returned. Meanwhile many other customers, including myself advised the manager of some of what Tara may have missed. Finally the manager asked her to leave. She had the audacity to take the food with her...BUT at the door the manager asked her not to come back, took a photo of her (for future identification), and asked her not to come back! The manager also requested the bag FULL of food and escorted her out. I was most impressed with the waitress! This was in Orange Park, store number 063! Hip Hip Ho rah for Miss Tara!

  10. We ate at the Port Richey store on 8/23/13. The cashier helped us pick the party of 4 coupon. The servers took plates away and refilled drinks in very timely manner. They brought the 2 young girls age 5 and 6 cho chip cookies to go with their ice cream, thoughtful! Very clean store! Salads fresh ,pizza slices were setting too long under warmer. Looking forward to greek salad and chic orzo soup week.

  11. Unlike the views above I also have been going to Sweet Tomatoes for many years (Store 0072, Orland, FL), but today was a real disaster. First and foremost there was no pasta, which is principally why I go to the restaurant. Instead they offer some nachos in its place. If I wanted nachos I would have gone elsewhere, most probably to a Mexican food restaurant, don't get me wrong I love Mexican food, though not at Sweet Tomatoes. The waitress was poorly trained, leaned over the table to grab a tray and stopped me from eating in mid-stride, then the tray missed my mother's head by a good half inch. The quality of the soups have declined, to a watered down version of what once was, the great majority offered were also Mexican. What happened to broccoli and cheese and other favorites. I like chili, but three of them is not a great offering, but dull and redundant. I spent $32.86, had there been a sign stating we have changed our menu, I would have asked for more information, instead of paying for food I didn't eat. My party of three feel we were baited and switched. This has been a rip-off, and a really bad experience. I will let all my friends know, beginning with my anonymous friends that will read this.

  20. My husband and I love to eat at Sweet Tomatoes in Tigard, Oregon. We would love it even more if we had a Sweet Tomatoes in Salem, Oregon, where we live. Anyway, we ate at Tigard today, and as usual we were treated very well. I want to especially mention Joshuia and Emily. They both "go the extra mile" every time we see them. Chris, the manager, is a real asset to the company. He is not afraid to get his hands dirty, roll up his sleeves, open the door to greet people, and at the same time seems to be aware of all things that are going on. He also opens the door and tells you goodbye.

  21. At your Lady Lake Sweet Tomatoes store, MaryBeth is the nicest waiter. She is professional, hard working, and very helpful to each and every customer. We have been visiting that location for three years. It is our favorite choice for a meal away from home. Thank you for all the good salads and other food choices. please keep the quinoa salad and vegetable stir fry and bring back the mint soft serve. We are very satisfied and will continue to choose Sweet Tomatoes at the lady Lake, Florida location. Thank you very much.

  28. March 27, 2016, Broadway St., Tucson, AZ. Easter Sunday. Myself and two friends decided to try Sweet Tomatoes for their buffet breakfast. Most everything was excellent. I do have to say that the buttermilk biscuits were a tad dry. I presume they are made up early and have to sit under a heat lamp for a long time, but they shouldn't have been so dry. We arrived at 8 am, right when the store opened. Other than that, my breakfast was excellent. I love the sausage gravy, the eggs, cinnamon rolls, baked apples and cinnamon, and milk. The servers were most excellent as well. I didn't get their names, but I wished them all a Happy Easter. Thanks for serving breakfast. That store is way closer than the Golden Corral. Keep up the good work.
