And if you are lucky, you can win a $2,000 cash prize upon completing the short Banfield client survey.


Steps for completing the Survey Online

Step 1: Visit www.tellbanfield.com and enter the valid 19-digit survey code printed on your invoice.

Step 2: Respond to all questions on the On-line survey and provide the requested information include your age and day time phone number.

Step 3: The end of survey you will be entered into the Banfield survey quarterly sweepstakes.
