In order to better serve their customers and improve service quality, Bob Evans set up a customer experience survey site(www.BobEvans.com/Feedback)to gather all the customer's comments or suggestions. If you eat at Bob Evans restaurant often and have opinions to talk to Bob Evans you have visited, click here to leave your valuable feedback. It won't take up much of your time.

It's easy to complete the short survey online. Visit the Bob Evans Feedback Website and enter 9 digit survey code printed on the back of your Bob Evans Restaurant receipt(don't include any dashes or spaces) and click on “Next” to continue. Then respond to all survey questions about your recent shopping experience and post your feedback in the provided box and click on "Submit".

Bob Evans restaurant is a good place to eat! ! !  And give them my feedback today. The good news is that I receive a Bob Evans gift certificate.

    My husband & I have been dining at Bob Evans every weekend for 10 years! Love the food & the service at the restaurant unit #31

    I don't understand how a company that makes A+ sour cream and chive mashed potatoes can make such AWFUL mac and cheese. You desperately need to find another recipe for mac and cheeseand it needs to be as good as what Stouffer's
    makes....

    I ordered your big farm burger with the portabella mushrooms Swiss and spinach. I expected a juicy flavorful burger made with fresh beef. It was obvious that it was made with a preformed frozen patty. It was big but tasteless. The big farm burger was not up to your standards.
