How to apply for a My Apple Rewards Card: It's easy! The first thing you should do is to visit one of participating Applebee's restaurants and get your rewards card. Then go to www.myapplerewards.com to enroll your card in the apple card guest loyally program. This card must be registered within 14 days of initial purchase. Restrictions apply. Valid only at participating Gator Apple locations.
