I was given a Subway Rewards card when I purchased an item. They told me I had to register this on line. I have tried several places, nothing works. I was told to go to MySubwayCard.com, I have tried this also.

ReplyDeleteYou can just keep your damn subway cards. I have spent more money at subway than any other fast food place. I will eat at your damn place anymore, although I do like your food. Guess I'll try some other sub paces and you can keep stupid log in sight

ReplyDeleteThe clerk told me to enter the code on the receipt to get additional 50 points at registration. The card registration is a mess, there are fields marked optional which turn out to be mandatory. After having the card finally registered, the code for the additional 50 points fell through.

Last time I got a subway I tried to use my phone number registered with the card as I didn't have the rewards card with me. The cashier just stared at me helpless. Yet another purchase with the rewards card yielded no points at all. Looking at the process to get the points credit it's just not worth the effort.
It just boggles my mind how a rewards program turns happy customers into disgruntled ones. Whoever is responsible for the rewards program at subways should be fired.

ReplyDeleteThis is the most stupid set up around. It keeps giving you the run around and no place to register the rewards card!!! How about trying the KISS method.. aka Keep it simple stupid! I love Subway but I guess I just won't be getting any rewards for my patronage.
